Overview: This paper examines the use of technology
in teaching at Harvard University based on a selected sample
of Harvard Schools: Harvard Law School, the Graduate School
of Design, Harvard Business School, and the Graduate School
of Arts and Science. The paper seeks to determine whether
the use of technology enhances knowledge and learning. Furthermore,
it investigates the evolving use of technology, the drivers
of technological change, and the influence of stakeholders
in the decision making process of adopting new technology.
Lastly, the reasons for the variance in the use of technology
across schools at Harvard is explored.
